Registration Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATIONS: The cancellation deadline is February 28, 2013. Cancellations must be made in writing by February 28, 2013 to receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation processing fee. Registrants who do not cancel prior to February 28, 2013 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this Conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by clients. All refund requests are processed after the event.  Refunds due to registrant error will be subject to a $75 processing fee.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: ShaleComm, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or alora@accessintel.com.

AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend ShaleComm.
