What is the dress code?

Business casual is encouraged for all events at ShaleComm Conference. Military personnel are encouraged to wear duty uniform.

Are there discounted hotel rates?

Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?

Yes, ShaleComm accepts registration substitutions. Please send substitution requests in writing to ShaleComm, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or info@shalecomms.com.

How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation deadline is February 28, 2013. Cancellations must be made in writing by February 28, 2013 to receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation processing fee. Registrants who do not cancel prior to February 28, 2013 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this Conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by clients. All refund requests are processed after the event.  Refunds due to registrant error will be subject to a $75 processing fee.
